Autumn Acres provides a haven for riding enthusiasts of all ages and levels of skill from complete novice to accomplished competitor.  We welcome students of all ages; from early childhood through college and adults in all stages of life. We have created a warm environment of support and encouragement that extends to riders and their families who have also become deeply immersed in the program and the social life surrounding it. Sashi McDowell is an award-winning trainer and has been teaching riders for the past 17 years. A graduate of Centenary College’s Equestrian Studies program in 1998, she was a member of the college’s Jumper Team while a student. She has received many High Point Trainer awards from local show series and offers lessons from beginner through advanced rider, paying individualized attention to all riders.

McDowell has won numerous awards at many different venus including “Trainer of the Year’’, she is also pleased with the continued success of many of her students who have also won various awards.
